Frequently asked questions

What kind of photo is best for try-on?

For best results, we recommend using a full-body or waist-up photo in good lighting. The model should stand straight, hands should not cover the body. Preferably, wear tight-fitting clothes (e.g., t-shirt or top) for accurate overlay. If you don't have a suitable photo, use Face to Model in the studio: upload a selfie and the service will generate a full-body model image for try-on.

How does the AI VTON technology work?

Our service uses advanced neural networks that analyze your body proportions, pose, and lighting in the photo. The algorithm then takes the selected clothing image and seamlessly adapts it to your parameters: generating realistic folds, shadows, and textures.

Can I use the service for free?

Yes! After registration, you get free attempts to use. You can use all the advantages of the advanced model. And if you want more attempts, you can buy them.

What if the result is not perfect?

The result heavily depends on the input photos. Try using another model photo (where the figure is better visible) or another garment photo / outfit (preferably from a regular angle). Also try using different generation settings (e.g., select 'Skirt' instead of 'Dress').

Are my photos safe?

Absolutely. Your photos are only used during generation and are not stored publicly. We do not use user data to train models. After a short period, images are deleted from the system.

What is color type analysis in the studio?

It is a feature on the "Color Type & Recommendations" tab: you upload a portrait photo and select your eye color, then AI determines your seasonal color type and provides recommendations for clothing, accessories, and makeup palettes. The result is a detailed text report you can use when choosing outfits for virtual try-on.

How much does color type analysis cost and what photo do I need?

Each analysis costs 1 attempt from your shared balance — the same as one virtual try-on. A clear portrait in natural daylight works best: face visible without heavy shadows, sunglasses, or heavy makeup. Eye color is selected manually for better accuracy.
